JewelTrak operates a text-message (SMS) notification service on behalf of participating jewelry retailers ("merchants"). When you bring an item to a participating jeweler — for a repair, an appraisal, or a custom order — the merchant can use JewelTrak to send you text updates about the status of that item. JewelTrak sends these messages on the merchant's behalf; each message identifies the merchant you are doing business with.

2. The Messages You'll Receive

This is a transactional service program. Messages relate to the status of an item or order you have placed with the merchant, such as:

  • Your repair is ready for pickup
  • Your appraisal or custom order is complete
  • Pickup or appointment reminders
  • Replies to questions you send about your order

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

3. How You Opt In

Consent is collected in person at the merchant's store. When you drop off an item, you may provide your mobile number and agree to receive text updates about that order. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We only send messages to customers who have personally provided their mobile number for this purpose — we never purchase, rent, or message numbers obtained from any other source.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your order. Most customers receive a small number of messages per item or order.

6. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive text messages from that merchant through JewelTrak. You may receive a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, contact the merchant directly using the phone number in the message, or email us at info@jeweltrak.com.

8. Your Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive text messages, with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 9. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside JewelTrak's control.
